No se pueden hacer reembolsos, sin embargo:
Mas de 90 días antes de la fecha de salida, pueden cambiar a cualquier fecha del mismo año calendario sin costo alguno.
El viaje es 100% transferible a otra persona para la misma fecha en cualquier momento.
NOTA: Camino Copalita se reserva el derecho a cancelar cualquier viaje por motivos de emergencia extrema, y los lugares se podrán reagendar para cualquier fecha en el futuro, sin límite de tiempo.

If the trip is more than 90 days away from beginning, you can change your trip to any available date of the same calendar year free of charge. Less than 90 days before the trip, changes cannot be made.
You can transfer your spot to someone else with no cost at any time
Camino Copalita reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time if because of extreme emergencies, in which case you will be able to reschedule for any future date.

Constancia de Situación Fiscal de quien se le factura
Fecha tentativa de su viaje
La fecha límite para solicitar la factura electrónica serán los días 29 de cada mes.
Una vez emitida las facturas no podrán ser canceladas a excepción de que tengan algún error y sean dentro del mes, de lo contrario no será posible hacer cancelaciones.
